With all of the construction jobs we have available, we are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Working Foreperson to join our team in Luton, United Kingdom. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, plus potential overtime, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the success of our construction projects. As a Working Foreperson at RPL Construction, you will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with subcontractors, handling material procurement, and reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.

As a Working Foreperson, your responsibilities will include:
Project Management: Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within specified timelines, while maintaining our high-quality standards.
Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines.
Material Procurement: Take charge of ordering materials and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for the ongoing projects.
Reporting: Regularly report project progress and updates to the Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Qualification in a relevant trade or construction-related field.
Hold an SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification or an equivalent qualification.
Must have minimum 3 years on hand site experience.
